Delivery

We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours, but some orders may take longer, whilst we wait for new stock from our suppliers.  We hope that orders will take no longer to depatch than 14 days.  If for any reason this looks like being longer we will inform you.

Returns

Here at BubbaBOOM we want you to be 100% happy every time you shop with us.  Occasionally though, we realise that you may need to return the item(s), so below is a summary of our returns policy.

 

10 day, ‘no quibble’ guarantee.

 

Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in it’s original condition within 10 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. (This does not apply to personalised items).

 

Returning an item.

 

Please use the returns form that came with your order.

 

Give the reason for the return.

 

In the case of faulty or wrong items please provide a full description of the fault, with your reason for the return in the space provided. In this case we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

 

Wrap the item(s) securely in its original packaging and return to the address below.

 

We will notify you by e-mail when we have processed your refund.
